Our Lady of Hope Clinic offers affordable direct primary care, fertility and woman's health solutions, and free healthcare for the uninsured. More than half of their patients receive free healthcare.

The Shirley Marie Herzog Memorial Fund to assist Our Lady Of Hope Clinic Endowment Fund gives support and assistance to Our Lady of Hope Clinic by providing annual support to all aspects of its operations, facilities, and expenses, as a clinic exclusively and solely dedicated to providing Catholic health care consonant with and in conformity with the Ethical and Religious Directives for Catholic Health Care Services.
