The CDMF invites you to join in the community of Catholic Education.
Catholic Education in the Diocese of Madison is rooted in a love for Christ and His Church. Catholic schools invite students and the entire school community to share in the fullness of life with a loving God and lead all to encounter Christ.
Catholic schools and Faith Formation programs in the Diocese of Madison seek to assist parents in instilling the Catholic vision of moral and academic formation in their children. The Diocese fulfills the teaching mission of the Catholic Church by developing the talents of students and cultivating a commitment to service, justice, and the sanctity of human life in its 44 schools.
Evangelization is another key component of Catholic education. Catholic schools undertake the important duty of preserving the Faith from generation to generation by instilling Catholic values in its students. By ensuring the continuity of the Faith in Catholic families, Catholic schools provide the opportunity for further evangelization as strong Catholic individuals graduate and enter college or the workforce.
There is an important call to laity to become prayerful participants in the life of the Church and its future. This includes the responsibility to support Catholic education. This stewardship is an important element of our Catholic community. By donating to a Catholic education endowment you are helping schools fulfill their mission as they strive to join their work of education with the explicit proclamation of the Gospel.
